Objectives
- Carry out simple LEAN projects (as defined by standard NFX 06 091) at Green Belt level
- Select and implement Green Belt LEAN tools
- Manage, lead and organize simple projects in project mode.
For whom
This course is designed for employees, particularly supervisors, technicians or engineers, who are involved in a LEAN project.
Prerequisites
- Basic use of the Internet and a web browser.
- Level 4 diploma and/or 3 years' professional experience.
- Basic notions of quality and process management are a plus.
- You don't have to be a Yellow Belt Lean to become a Green Belt Lean.
Duration
56 hours of animated 100% e-Learning, certification practice quizzes, implementation of theoretical points on industrial simulators. The e-Learning course is available 24/7 for 4 months.
