You cannot increase the resin content without reducing something else, and a standard design of experiments that assumes independent factors does not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This module covers all the fundamentals of Bayesian optimization\u2014Gaussian processes, explained proposals, convergence, leave-one-out diagnostics, strategies, noise, search quality, and demo mode\u2014by applying them to the\u00a0<strong>simple<\/strong>, the domain of valid combinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The Components<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each component has a name, a\u00a0<strong>minimum<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0<strong>maximum<\/strong>\u00a0as a fraction, and perhaps\u00a0<strong>locked<\/strong>\u00a0to a fixed value. The module continuously checks the\u00a0<strong>feasibility<\/strong>\u00a0For the set as a whole: terminals whose minimum values sum to more than 1, or whose maximum values sum to less than 1, do not define any feasible mix, and the program flags this before performing any calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"164\" height=\"242\" src=\"https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/composantes.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4702\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/composantes.png 164w, https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/composantes-8x12.png 8w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 164px) 100vw, 164px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\u00a0<strong>initial plan<\/strong>\u00a0is not an Audze-Eglais but a plan\u00a0<strong>Maximin on the simplex<\/strong>\u00a0: mixtures that are as far apart as possible within the permitted range. The module recommends a number of tests based on the number of components\u2014at least seven, with ten recommended for three components\u2014and sets an upper limit of 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"644\" height=\"264\" src=\"https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/plan-initial.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4703\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/plan-initial.png 644w, https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/plan-initial-300x123.png 300w, https:\/\/ellistat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/plan-initial-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 644px) 100vw, 644px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As data is entered, each test result is checked for missing values, non-numeric values, out-of-range values, or\u00a0<strong>a sum other than 1<\/strong>. A command corrects invalid tests by resizing them to fit within the domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. The ternary diagram<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With\u00a0<strong>three or more components<\/strong>, the dedicated tab displays a\u00a0<strong>ternary diagram<\/strong>\u00a0: the simplex triangle, the predicted answer highlighted in color, the tests conducted, the suggestions, and the areas\u00a0<strong>unfeasible<\/strong>\u00a0excluded by the bounds. A checkbox switches the display to show the uncertainty.
