A chart generated on an analysis page is temporary: changing the selection replaces it. The library\u00a0My graphics<\/strong>\u00a0is used to keep the ones that matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Save<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each chart has a floating toolbar in the upper-right corner that appears when you hover over it. The icon for\u00a0floppy disk<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00abSave to My Charts\u00bb opens a form with two fields,\u00a0Title<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Comment<\/strong>. Upon validation, the graph is captured and attached to the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same toolbar includes other commands depending on the page: open the graph in full screen, adjust its options, change its colors, switch to multiple Y-axes, and the usual Plotly commands\u2014zoom, pan, and download as an image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Find<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The button\u00a0My graphics<\/strong>, at the top of the grid page, opens the project library. The charts are located there\u00a0grouped by day<\/strong>, from newest to oldest, with date-based navigation on the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Export<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The button\u00a0Export to PowerPoint<\/strong>\u00a0Puts the list into selection mode: you can check the charts one by one, by full day, or all at once, and Ellistat generates a presentation. The counter on the button shows how many charts will be included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udca1 This addresses a very specific need: the monthly review or presentation of an improvement project. You take notes as you analyze, without worrying about formatting, and then produce the final document at the end in the chronological order of your reasoning\u2014which is precisely the order in which you want to present it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0f A saved chart is a\u00a0image<\/strong>, not a live link to the data. Editing the grid afterward does not update it.
