  • Appliquer les phases et étapes du DMAIC résolution de problème qui les composent.
  • Choisir et avoir mis en œuvre les outils du Lean Six Sigma nécessaires à la résolution de problème suivant le DMAIC.
  • Organiser, conduire et animer un groupe de résolution de problème DMAIC en termes de gestion de groupe de travail.

For whom

La formation Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma est destinée aux collaborateurs, notamment, agents de maîtrise, techniciens ou ingénieurs, amenés à participer à un projet Lean ou Six Sigma, ou à connaitre les fondements de la démarche.

Prerequisites

  • Basic use of the Internet and a web browser.
  • Un titre de niveau III et /ou une première expérience professionnelle de 2 ans.
  • Des notions élémentaires sur la qualité, sur le management des processus et sur les statistiques sont un plus.

Duration

28 heures d’e-Learning 100% animé, quizz entraînement à la certification, mise en oeuvre des points théoriques sur simulateurs industriels. L’e-Learning est disponible 7j/7 24h/24 pendant deux mois pour la formation Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma.
