- Select the DMAIC methodology for breakthrough improvement of a complex process and demonstrate the relevance of selecting this methodology.
- Apply the DMAIC phases and their component steps
- Define and define input and output data for each of the DMAIC phases and stages.
- Select and implement the Lean Six Sigma tools required for a complex DMAIC project (as defined in NF X06-091).
- Know how to manage, lead and organize a complex DMAIC project (as defined in standard NF X06-091) in terms of project management.
- Demonstrate your ability to lead change as part of the deployment of a complex DMAIC project (as defined in standard NF X06-091) and a Lean improvement project, or to play an active part in carrying them out.
- Demonstrate technical and methodological assistance in the deployment of Green Belt projects.
For whom
The Black Belt Lean Six Sigma training course is designed for employees, particularly managers, supervisors, technicians or engineers, who are required to lead a LEAN or SIX SIGMA project. This may be in the context of taking on responsibilities or managing a continuous improvement initiative.
Prerequisites
- Basic use of the Internet and a web browser.
- Level 4 diploma, ideally level 6.
- A first professional experience of 5 years is a plus.
- Basic notions of quality, process management and statistics.
- You don't have to be a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to become a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
