It enables you to manage the life-cycles of your measuring instruments (detailed information on technical characteristics, manufacturers, purchase dates and specifications). In addition, it enables you to track the history of interventions (calibration, Gage R&R, maintenance, breakdowns, etc.).

How does metrology software work?

Classify your measuring instruments by type, create types of intervention (maintenance, calibration) by specifying frequency and assignment to instrument type, and view the next interventions to be carried out in calendar or list form.

Metrology software information on instrument status is shared with other SPC, IQC or APC modules.

Users are alerted to forthcoming interventions thanks to automatic notifications, and dashboards provide a global view of the measuring instrument fleet.
