The Ellistat team was delighted to see its solution APC (Automated Process Control) awarded at several trade events for its innovative character:
2019
Global Industrie - Innovation prize in the "start-up" category for the APC (Automated Process Control) module, which automatically adjusts machine tools based on part measurements.
2020
SIMODEC Exhibition - Innovation trophy in the "Service to Industry 4.0" category for the 3D module that enables the APC to be configured directly by importing a CAD file of the part in .step format. This innovatino opens up the possibility of controlling the production of complex parts in a minimum of time.
2024
SIMODEC Exhibition - Innovation trophy in the "Quality & Measurement" category for the M400 connected APC in collaboration with Métro. Designed for bar turners, it eliminates the need for a computer in the workshop. Machine tools can be controlled directly from the measurement unit.

You no longer need to know the Taguchi tables to build your experimental designs. Ellistat is the first tool to automate the creation of your experimental designs.
Progressive Control and Characteristic Dynamization
Automate and reduce the number of quality checks. Thanks to its dynamization algorithm and progressive sampling functions, it is now possible to halve the number of sampling checks carried out for the same incoming quality inspection. What's more, the module complies with ISO 2859 and ISO 3951 standards.
