Assessment

Before implementing Automated Process Control (APC), it is essential to understand the production process as a whole.

Objectives

Assess the feasibility of the APC project. The diagnosis therefore makes it possible to:

Prepare the machine connection
Create a realistic project schedule

Objectives

Understand the concepts of Automated Process Control.

During this fifth day on site, the project is assessed. A comparison is made between the state at the start of the project and the current state. The Ellistat expert and the project team draw up a deployment plan for the remaining machine tools.
