Our Methodology

Diagnosis and demonstration

2 days on site

Before implementing the APC (Automated Process Control) module, it is essential for our technical teams to fully understand your entire production process.

Objectives

Assess the feasibility of the APC project and demonstrate how the software works.

The one-day diagnosis enables you to:

define the project team
analyze documentation and machining methods
analyze types of measuring instruments
prepare the machine connection
build a realistic project schedule
prepare Ellistat installation and connection of measuring instruments
prioritize steps and prepare the training plan

The demonstration allows you to :

configure the customer part in the Ellistat application
put the customer's part into production
demonstrate the ability to correct the customer's part
debriefing results with the team

Installation

To prepare for APC deployment in your workshops, our teams will prepare the IT environment and connect machine tools and measuring instruments.

Application installation on a remote server
Connect machines and perform send tests for the correctors.

Training

2 days on site

During these two days, the Ellistat consultant trains the project team on site in the configuration of the part previously identified, and then carries out the first production run of the part.

Objectives

Understand the concepts of Automated Process Control.
Apply Automated Process Control concepts to a production machine.
Set up complete production from a single part (even a complex one) with APC tools.
Implement automated control processes.

1 functional closed-loop machine
Autonomous team to configure new parts

Feedback (RETEX)

1 day on-site

During this 5th day on site, the Ellistat consultant collects the teams' impressions of this first period of tool use. An assessment of the project is drawn up.

Objectives

Workshop tour: see the solution in production
Review of the first few weeks and reminder of the application's configuration: answer questions, repeat various configurations
Feedback on areas for improvement, deployment options
