The Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training course is designed for employees, particularly supervisors, technicians or engineers, who are required to take part in a Lean or Six Sigma project, or who need to know the fundamentals of the approach.
Prerequisites
- Basic use of the Internet and a web browser.
- A level III qualification and/or 2 years' initial professional experience.
- Basic knowledge of quality, process management and statistics is a plus.
Duration
28 hours of animated 100% e-Learning, certification practice quizzes, implementation of theoretical points on industrial simulators. E-Learning is available 24/7 for two months for Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training.
