Objectives
- Select the DMAIC methodology for breakthrough improvement of a complex process and demonstrate the relevance of selecting this methodology.
- Apply the DMAIC phases and their component steps
- Define and define input and output data for each of the DMAIC phases and stages.
- Select and implement the Lean Six Sigma tools required for a complex DMAIC project (as defined in NF X06-091).
- Know how to manage, lead and organize a complex DMAIC project (as defined in standard NF X06-091) in terms of project management.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for change management in the context of the deployment of a complex DMAIC project (as defined in standard NF X06-091) and a Lean improvement project, or actively participate in their implementation.
- Demonstrate technical and methodological assistance in the deployment of Green Belt projects.
For whom
This training course is designed for employees, in particular managers, supervisors, technicians or engineers, who need to manage a SIX SIGMA project or master the concepts of the method.
Prerequisites
- Basic use of the Internet and a web browser.
- Level 6 diploma
- A first professional experience of 5 years is a plus.
- Basic notions of quality, process management and statistics.
- You don't have to be a Six Sigma Green Belt to become a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Duration
100 hours of animated 100% e-Learning, certification practice quizzes, glossary, case studies, implementation of theoretical points on industrial simulators, provision of Ellistat - Data Analysis software for the duration of the training to apply statistical tools. E-Learning is available 24/7 for 9 months for this training course.
