These two entries don't do anything: they prevent you from exiting the menu.
Grid Opens the project data table. The grid created from a plan is named after that plan, and the plan automatically reselects it when you return to it—so you can find your tests without having to search. This is where you enter the measured responses as the tests progressed.
Analysis Opens the Machine Learning module in the grid: model fitting, effects, interactions, prediction, optimization. It is covered in its own guide.
💡 A design of experiments is only valuable if it is put to use. The two common mistakes at this stage are conducting the tests in the order listed in the table—which aligns the order of the tests with any potential drift over time and creates effects that do not exist—and failing to record incidents. Randomize the order of the trials and document what went wrong take a minute and save the analysis.
